MetLife acquires 20% of Klimber, reinforcing the insurtech's leadership in Latin America

New York, 22 September 2025 — Klimber, the leading insurtech driving insurance adoption in Latin America, announced today that MetLife, one of the world's leading global insurers, has acquired a 20% equity stake in the company.
This milestone further strengthens Klimber's position in the region's evolving digital insurance landscape. Built on proprietary technology infrastructure, Klimber enables partners in banking, retail, fintech and e-commerce to integrate and distribute insurance products quickly and at scale.
